OK, does anyone in this forum have an answer for this?
Is there a brass case of what ever caliber that can be full length
re-sized to load 7.7 Japanese? Example, using 30-06 brass and resizing to 270 as I have for the last 40 years or so.
Will a 30-06 brass work? Need help here guys!

Note that while the base diameter is only supposed to be a couple thou larger on the 7.7x58, the chambers are often "jugged" (oversize), so you may only want to reload the brass 2-3 times and size the minimum amount neccessory to insure chambering
Grafs sells the proper stamped brass though.

I just priced Norma 7.7 brass. I't about a buck a pop now.
Ouch.
I have a couple boxes of 7.7 Jap Norma 11.6 grams? Ammo just sitting around 1 box is missing 2. Anyone interested? nicklong99@aol.com
I'd kindly suggest you put it on the auction side.
Graf & Sons still lists 7.7 Jap(PRVI) on page 118 of their current catalog. $40 per 100--not bad.
Thank you.

Out of stock on their website.
The high-end stuff is still there, though.
\PS USGI cases are the best!
