New Brass

Ive always been able to use eused bras but just aqierd some new ones, pistol and rifle. Does the new ones have to be sized?

    New bottleneck brass should be sized, if only to make sure the neck is round. I have run into a couple speciality manfactures who's brass didn't require this, but at $2 a case (and that's when brass was cheap) they should be perfect!
    New straight wall brass dosn't normaly need to be sized, but it will still need to be flared at the mouth.

    Personaly I treat new brass the same as I do my fired stuff

    I bought a 1000 pieces of IWI 223 brass and some of it needs trimmed as they are too long. The first ones I ran into crushed the shoulder when seating the bullet. Was a PITA [xx(][:(!]
