Lee Pacesetter dies in 223 and press Q's!

I have been reloading for a while but only for a pistol. I have some brass and wanted to start reloading for my AR so I picked up the 223 Lee pacesetter dies at cabelas for 20 buck. I started to put the dies in but I noticed that there is no way for the powder to drop into the case. For my 45's when I raise the case up it pushes the pin up which lets the powder drop down into the empty case. Am I missing something or do I need to buy a different powder dispenser. BTW I have a lee classic turret press and powder dispenser the mounts in one of the turret holes.

Lee makes a universal charging die, I have never used it. I use a Lyman #55 powder dropper. It's a nice setup and works really well. It comes with an adapter (7/8 x 14) so it can be mounted in most presses. You can usually find good used ones for sale pretty resonable if you don't want to buy new or can't find a new one to buy at this time.
