Speer Reloading Manual #14 Who has it?

I have manual #13, and just got some Speer 62 gr. .223 fmj bt, and was just wondering if anyone knew if any data for .223 remington has changed. I'm using AA2230, there is data for that load, unless something has changed between #13 and #14. Thanks for any help!
