I looked at the Mec Reloader site (www.mecreloaders.com). They do have one press that will load 10 gauge, 3 1/2 inch shells. The reloader appears to be dedicated to steel shot and a specific gauge and length of hull. The 600 Jr Mark 5 will load 10 gauge 3 inch shells (some of the other models will also).

I tend to purchase those loads that I don't shoot often and load those that I shoot a great deal. Consequently, I only reload 12 gauge 1 ounce shells for quail, dove, trap and skeet. I buy everything else because I will only shoot a box or so in a single year.
