Collectible boxs and rounds

i posted on "ask the experts" about some possible collectible rounds and boxs. does anyone here know much about this topic and where i might go to talk to collectors of this sort?

    Cartridge collecting is a very specialized thing, some guys do nothing but 22rf boxes, some specialize in a single cartridge (IE: entire books have been written on just the 30-06, or that there are in excess of 8000 variations on the 8mm mause), some just do shotshells, some only do military rounds, etc.
    Origional condition is everything, esp with boxes, just opening the end flap reduces the value.
    As far as where to "talk" to collectors, while the forum is currently down, www.cartridgecollectors.org would be the premere place on the internet.
    You can get some ideas on value at www.ammo-one.com but be aware that his list prices are "tourest" priceing.
