C& H press and Dillon dies

cabnetmancabnetman Member Posts: 242 ✭✭✭
I have a C & H press that I got back in the 1960's that I used for loading 30-06 ammo. I am probably, at some date, going to get a Dillon press. In the mean time is there any reason I can't use a Dillon die in a C & H press? It would be for 223 ammo.

As long as your C & H press uses 7/8 x 14 standard dies then the Dillons will work great. I like that they come with the crimp die. If you decide to load any pistol be aware that the Dillons' don't come with the belling die as this is accomplished with the powder funnel.
