My stepson got reloading equipment and components for reloading for his .50 BMG rifle for Christmas and we're having a bit of a problem finding reliable loadings info for WC860 powder pushing a 690 grain bullet.
Various sources say to use data for AA8700 or H870, but finding data for them is proving to be a bit of a challenge also.
Anybody using the WC860 for loading the .50BMG?

Hunter, I have NO personal experience with this cartridge or powder, just trying to help.
Start at 215 grains.
What bullet?
Join the FCSA.

615 gr is a good place to start.
If using a bolt gun, you can sometimes get up to 230 gr.
I use 222 gr in my Barrett 82.
If they are the SA bullets, you need to sort them by weight as they range from 675-700 grains.
