9mm reloading problems need advise

i am reloading 115 grain hp when i start to seat the bullet the case gets crushed, i backed off the seating die still the same result. the die itself is set off of the shell holder @1/8 inch.

    How much are you belling the case mouth [?]
    It sounds like you need to set the #2 die belling stem down some more.

    the flare on the case is not much at all i was loading some 124grain fmj it was fine for those i can go back flare out the case mouth some more?

    Not knowing much info. Check your die, is it down too far? Unscrew die, put empty case in shellholder and raise ram all the way up. Screw down die until you meet slight resistance. Is it a lot different, maybe the lock ring moved? I don't crimp at all with the seater die, I use a taper die in a progressive for handgun ammo.

    It may be the problem.
