RCBS dies, .308 win, one set is for "small base"?(#15503)
The other is #15501?
What is the difference?

    Small base dies are for sizing cases used in tight chambers as found in competition guns or custom chambered guns. Rapid fire gas guns might require small base dies to insure proper feeding. Most cases should not be resized with these dies since they unnecessarily over work the brass.

    If your rifle is a bolt gun , you don't need SB dies . If it is any other action type other than single shot , you probably will want them . [;)]
