9mm target load?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good 9mm target load? I've been loading .45acp forever, but never 9mm. I'm looking for something to used in my Sig P226 for IDPA and USPSA shoots n such. Don't know if I need to be looking at lead or plated or jacketd bullets or even where to start if 115gr, 124gr, or 147gr is more suitable. I think the twist rate is a 1 in 10" but not for sure.

The most accurate target load I've found is a 158 gr SWC lead (yep you read that right... 158 gr) with 2.5 gr of Bullseye. Size to 1/1000 over groove diameter.
I got the idea for this load some time ago and lo and behold, an older lyman manual actually had data for the 158. 3 gr or so is getting close to max.
Granted this is out of only 2 guns. I wouldn't buy a ton of them but if you could get 100 worth a shot.
More conventionally I've done well with 124gr round nose led and 4 gr of bulleye. I like just enough powder to reliably operate the gun. I'm sure other more experienced 9mm reloaders than I will weigh in but its such an oddball I had to mention it.
I know people that use 147 gn lead bullets in a Sig, and do well with them. I don't know about accuracy, but they have less muzzle jump because the velocity is lower.
