I need a bullet report, .223

Anyone used the Midway Dog Town or Midsouth bargain varmit extreme bullets in 55 gn. .223? Are they any good?
Since they are a good bit cheaper less expensive than other brands.

The rifle is a Rem. 700 ADL.

I don`t know about the 55 grain but I tested the 50 Gr HP in my 22-250 just yesterday. I put 5 shots in 1/4 inch group at 100 yds. I will be ordering more.

I've loaded quite o few of the Varmint Extreme 55 gr with crimp groove. They seem to be as accurate as Remington or Hornady similar type. I've also used the Nosler S.H.O.T.S. which are economical. Any of these are probably not as accurate overall as the higher priced bullets but are good enough for 200-300 yards.

Okay, that is what I needed. Thanks. Ordered some from Midsouth to feed the 700.[:D]
