    Without some information regarding specific use or bullets selection, we have no choice but to give a generic answer.

    This is the link to the Hodgdon website which has a database for cartridge loads:

    http://www.hodgdon.com

    Enter the Reloading Center and select 'Rifle' in the above left corner. After that loads, select the specific cartridge and hit the 'Get Data' button.

    If you have something specific in mind like 1,000 yard benchrest or deer hunting, post again.

    140 gr boat tail hollow point. 52 grs (start at 48 and work your way up) H4831. Someone on the below website had very good success with it.
