Your favorite 40 S&W load?

Just curious as to what your favorite load for the 40 is? Been reloading for pistol mostly 9mm and 357/38 for a while now.Just got a new 40 and got the dies to reload. Just wondering if any of you prefer one load over the next. Thanks for the info.

180 gr cast lead bullet with 5.2 gr of 231 and a Winchester primer.

180 Plated bullet with 6.5g of Ramshot "True Blue". The standard deviation is only 6 fps. It is accurate, measures like water and burns very clean.

155 gr Ranier bullet, 7.2gr of Power Pistol. Plicking load, but high pressure like self defense ammo.

180 FMJ bullet with 5.0 grs Unique...not really a high pressure load but its a great practice load.

5.5gr Unique, with a 165gr Berrys plated pill...OAL of 1.120...works great in my Glock 22 and 27

Thanks for the info guys. I will probly try to work up some loads with unique, power pistol and some titegroup too.
