I'll be loading for a couple different bolt guns (308win) which would be the better set to get? Deluxe or Pacesetter?

I'd go with the deluxe set. I use them for a 223 bolt gun and they do just as good a job as my RCBS 308 compition set.

+1, always nice to have both the neck and full length dies. Really nice when you can get them in the same set and save a bunch of money.

I have found that RCBS or Redding dies are better quality and much easier to set and maintain. Yes they are more expensive, but we do get what we pay for. I have some Lee dies and they work fine if all you need is ammo that will fire. For very accurate ammunition from handloading, go with a better die.
