Need load data for 77gr........223

I have some unknown 77gr bullets I would like to load to shoot in tomorrows CMP shoot.
I need starting load and maximum load data plus COAL using Varget.

Start 21.0gr. to 23.7c max. Load COL to fit in mags.

Picture of the bullet, I bet we can figure out what it is. There are very few 77 grain bullets on the market.

These came from a benchrest shooter.
He gave me all different weight grains in a bag and I sorted them by weight.
Apparently there are two different brands here.
