Anyone know a formula that will calculate energy of a bullet if for instance the muzzle velocity & trajectory at 100 yds is known on my own loads. I would like to know what the TRJ. & Energy are at different yardages.

you should also be able to use the trajectory tables in your loading manual to get a fairly good idea of where you'll be.
You need to know some basic information to get good results with any of them
Actual muzzle velocity (not what some book or sales sheet says it is)
BC (wind resistance) of the bullet your using. Until you get way out there the advertised BC will be good enough.
Distance between the center lines of your bore and scope (sight height)
As a general rule of thumb however, being 3 high at 100yd will place you 3" low out to around 300yd
