I would think the second one is this:
    LYMAN 45cal 480gr #457658

The Harvey Protexbore is an unlubricated naked lead bullet with a zinc washer cast in place on the base to serve as a gas check and fouling scraper. It works fine if you have the zinc washers to match your groove diameter, poorly if not. I once took some of them in trade and was only able to use them by coating with one or another brand of dip lube.

The DV denotes the subcontractor on the Lyman mold, I believe.

The Harvey mould may have decent value to a collector, but not as a usable mould. The Lyman is intended for 45-70 or 45-90 cartridges.
    I may be a bit crazy - but I didn't drive myself.
