Fletching tool

Hey folks.

How much am I looking at for a fletching tool? I need a simple straight tool. Dad is bad about missing his foam target (shoots high with his new X-bow) and when the arrows pass through the back board they often lose the fletchings.

He is about out of arrows. [:D]

Oh I have just glued some back on but would like the tool.
