warren and sweat tree stand parts

I have been told W&S are no longer in business or there are no parts available for my stand, it's a Warren and Sweat - Monarch model 8011. Can anyone help me out? I'm looking for a new "Barkbiter Belt". It is about 1 inch wide x ?" thick and has "teeth" spaced about 3/8" apart and a new seat.
