    I dont see where there is a poll? I read all the articles I could find on it. Do you know if its gonna be open to non-residents? Im only 15 mins from the border and I have a great spot that I deer hunt just over the border in Jersey. I saw 6 bears there last year and only hunted the spot a few times. Public land.
