plastic nocks in carbon x-bow bolts

How do I get them out? I have a couple that are damaged plus I want to replace some with lighted nocks. I know how to get aluminum nocks out of aluminum bolts but I don't think a soldering iron will work on plastic. Boiling water?

    Are they glued in? Most I have seen were not. If they are I would say a hair dryer. If there isn't enough to get a hold of, I would drill a small hole and put a sheet metal screw in it then use pliers to grip the screw an pull.
