Broadhead Rant

So, I shoot Rocket Ultimate Steel 125 heads.
When I first started shooting them, they came in a 6 pack.
They were bought out by Trophy Ridge.
They made a slight change in the head and the blade.
Needless to say, nothing I had would interchange with the new ones.
You could still get them in a six pack tho.
I bought all I could.
Then, they changed them again.
Now, I have tons of blades for the first model, but just 2 bodies.
I have tons of bodies for the second model but no blades.
I just bought a pack on elsewhere of the newest model on clearance. They made the body a gold color, and changed the blade just enough so that it won't work with the last change.
If anyone has any of the first two renditions, I'd happily do a BIN on the auction side.
Rant over. [:D]

I'm sort of in the same boat. Greg K. got me hooked on those Rocket mechanical heads.

They have changed the blade thickness on them a few times. They have also made the slot bigger then smaller on the blade channels.

I bought all the parts I could before D&M closed but some of my parts don't work as good in some of the bodies I have.

    I'm a 100gr shooter myself. Mine are 1 1/2" cut.

Many odd lots of older broadheads show up on that 4 letter auction place around this time of year.
