I have had a spectacular year this year being able to take 3 bucks thus far. I was hunting at the farm this past Saturday and right around 4:30 pm, this buck comes down a ridge behind me. I stand and turn right as he is heading toward me. I take the shot and see it is a solid hit. This buck ran over 1000 yards (with only 1 lung!!!), then swam a pond before expiring on the far side. The shot took out his entire right lung. He had totally bled out and when I field dressed him, there was no blood left in him. Absolutely amazing creatures we pursue. This has to be the most badazz buck I have ever hunted. I "skull mounted" all 3 bucks (picture below). Don

Some very nice looking horns you have. I love the character the one on the right has.
