Wax?

I was using my new 3D turkey target today and about split a gut trying to remove the (carbon fiber) shafts from the target. Would wax on the shafts be a good option for removal or do you have a better trick?

This stuff is awesome! Just don't get it on your fingers. I use it anytime I see targets other than Rineharts.

More expensive targets, but well worth the price.
That's the one I have a Rinehart
Usually arrows pull really easy from Rinehart targets. I had young kids (5 year olds) pulling arrows from 70lb bows. The only time they will stick hard is if the arrow goes through the plastic tubes that hold the inserts in the target.
I had one stuck so bad I ended up ruining it pulling it out. Silicone from then on, but I quit shooting them anyway. Just bags & layered targets now.
