I would like to ask all members to send a prayer for the 13 coal miners that are trapped in the mine in West Virgina. They and their familys are in hell right now.[:(]

My prayers were already on the way to them. I have family and friends that were/are coal miners in the Virginia area. My grandfather's union membership number had three digits. I can only amagine what they are going through. Thanks for the post.

It's about 100 miles north of Charleston I believe.

makes ya feel help less. I just hope the find a way to survive down there. gotta be freaky feeling not knowing if your ever gonna see daylight again, run out of air. I cant imagine the torture.

Tallmansville is about 2-1/2 hour drive east of Parkersburg. I've actually hunted around Buckhannon which isn't far from Tallmansville, I believe the town is very small, probably everyone there knows every miner trapped down there.
Sure hope everything works out.
