I GOT MY CONFIRATION RIFLE............BUT FOR FREE!!!! IT'S A MARLIN 60. I CHOOSE NOT TO GET THE RUGER BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $120, BUT THE MARLIN IS JUST AS NICE[:D]I'M AT SCHOOL RIGHT NOW SO I'L POST PICS LATER. MY DAD GAVE ME THE CHOICE OF THREE RIFLES FOR FREE........
1. MARLIN 60 W/ GLENFIELD 4X15 SCOPE (BARREL IS PITTED AND A LITTLE RUSTY)
2.MARLIN 60 W/O SCOPE (VERY NICE)
3. REMINGTON SCOREMASTER (514?) W/ SCOPE (OK )
I PLAN ON GETTING A SIMMONS .22 MAG SCOPE FOR THE MARLIN. DO YOU GUYS AGREE?????

i have a marlin that looks very similar but it is clip-fed instead of a tube magazine. it was my first rifle and come hell or high water i would not get rid of it. little marlin's are wonderfully accurate.

Dabowman: I believe you. I believe that they use blanks to shoot an arrow, and if I recall, the set-up runs well over $1000. You can get them for a couple of different guns too, if I recall correctly.

i feel your pain brother. i really try to never stop drinking, but 5 days a week i have to take 8 hours off to go to work. stupid job![:(!][:(!][:(!]
