Okay guys. I talked to several of you about 6 months ago about going bear hunting with a bow. You all had great advice and I considered all of the advice that I could decern as serious. sorry. I got a great deal on a slightly used Hoyt Viper-Tec and I am so pumped. We leave for Manitoba next Thur and I am READY. I have shot everyday for the last 4 months and have had about 30 fletchings replaced.I guess I am just good enough to hit my arrow once in a while. Thanks for all the great advice and WISH me luck. Any final words of advice or encouragemant??

If I have something worth posting, I will be happy to.
Thanks for all the good wishes. I went to BP and bought the ThermaCell today. No hand guns in Canada. No No! I can live with that but only 40 oz. of Crown Royal?, that's going to be tough.
