Anyone familiar with it... any reason not to buy it?

Sat in my buddies summit goliath yesterday afternoon and I am in love! Definitely my next investment. What does everyone else use?

ok so Taco and the rest of you guys... if you could buy any of the stands that Bass Pro has what would you buy? need some feedback.....

I like the fact that it only weighs 20 lbs and has a large platform.

I have the Viper from Summit and i'd buy the Goliath if I needed another stand.

Groilla makes very nice 1, I have the King Kong Lounger XTL hanging stand.

I have a Summit Viper also and I freakin love it, it is so comfortable. I would think the Goliath would be just as comfy. You can't go wrong with a Summit.

I have a goliath and would never get anything else. It is so stable and comfortable i fall asleep all the time in it. I use it for bow and rifle hunting. Their safety harnesses are some of the best too. The only broblem I have had is the paint is coming off some of the parts. I just sanded them down and sprayed it with cheap paint. Looks good enough for a treestand. It also happened to the vipers my in-laws have and the python that my friend has.
