Unknown COMPOUND PISTOL Cross Bow?

Ran across this very complex compound PISTOL cross bow. Manufactured of machined aluminum. One piece * assembled to body with allen screws. Everything is painted black except cams. Complex safety mechanism, has to be disengaged, before trigger can be pulled. 12" Long x 10 1/2" span of *, 24 Oz weight. Only markings on left side of frame "Hunter Cross". Complex machining doesn't look like any kind of home made, basement project to me.
Searched Google for compound pistol cross bows & pistol cross bows, nothing comes up even close in appearence. Real strange as Google has never failed before on a manufactured product search.
