It wont be this hot come Oct. it may still be warm but with a thermacell and my Asat cover system I will be fine. the asat is a mesh type cover camo the wind blows right threw. Again its just a cover system I wear regular clothes under it. I can wear shorts if it is that warm or my carhart when it gets cold. I just wash every thing that I will be wearing in scent killer or dead down wind this year. shower in dead down wind soap dead down wind deoderant and spray down when I get to my tree. Nothing will stop me from huntin except maybe some lightning. besides it not just me that wants to go huntin, my XT is itchin to get out and put something down.
To dang hot for tree rat hunting right now. The guy I deer hunt on likes me to clear as many squirrels as I can. They are tastey when wrapped in bacon and slow cooked on an open fire or fried and then make some gravey. I also can't wait for doves. Ever tried filleting the breast of the bone and battering them and deep frying? Dang good. Bacon wrapped also a favorite.

Alright Feenix thats good enough for me. I'm moving to Montana I no longer care how cold it gets there.[:D][:p][:p]
Contrary to what you've heard about MT's inclement weather reputation, it is not bad at all [;)]!

What kind of batter do you use. I still have some in the freezer that I need to get cooked up.
