Broadhead test flight

I just tested out my broadheads. There is very little difference from my slicktips I have been shooting. I am again shooting 100 gr Muzzy 3 blade heads. At 20 yards there was no change in impact, one FPS on the chrono... Like that matters. Then I went to 40 yds just to see how they were doing. 40 was about 1" high. 50 was 2" high as was 60 yards! I can't believe they were flying that good! I would never shoot at a deer that far away, but there are always broadhead shoots in the area. Needless to say I have no excuse for missing this year.

How fast is your bow shooting? Last year I tried all I could to get Muzzys to fly, but saw no consistancy over 290 fps.

Matthews SQ2, 73 lbs. draw weight, 31 inch draw with a custom string (about a half inch shorter than it should be) shooting CX300 arrows with 100 grain silk tip at 302 fps. Last year I hunted with NAP Scorpion XP, I may pick up a pack of the new Rage broadheads this year to try.

I posted just a little bit ago in the speed topic, but I am at 277. I have heard of problems from thoes who shoot faster.
