Wed. night I was working on my 4 wheeler trailer and having a few brews. Then it was time to make some dove breast kabobs. Having to fillet off the breast meat and cut up the peppers and onions and then wrapping them with bacon a few more brews were consumed. Then of course a few more were consumed while grilling them. Walked by the grill last night and noticed that it felt warm. Checked it out and it was 500 degrees warm. I had left it on for almost 24 hours. On a good note though, all of the bacon grease was burnt off.
