Anyone familiar with it... any reason not to buy it?

Sat in my buddies summit goliath yesterday afternoon and I am in love! Definitely my next investment. What does everyone else use?

have 2 of the goliaths.... VERY comfy.... I highly suggest one. I have a link to Bass Pro where you can pay over 6 months.. not a credit card thing and no credit check... let me know if you want the link.

yeah gagirl, what's the link? Hey by the way any luck yet? I'm sure we would have heard by now if you had! Nothing here. Haven't even seen that many deer yet. Had a dog drive a doe and fawn by me sat morning but they were like 60 yards and i ain't that good yet. Had a coyote at 50 yards but couldn't get him to stop.

I hunt out of a Goliath and would not trade it for anything...

I cannot seem ot find the Goliath on the BassPro website...is there a comparable model there?

Is the Summit Viper just as good?

The Viper is nearly the same, just 2 inches wider on the Goliath. Makes it a better stand for us bigger guys.

I use a Summit Viper XLS. Footrest is awesome. And the seat is better than in my box stand. Havent bothered putting the rifle rest on it and prolly wont. I think the stand weighs about 20 lbs, packs easy.
