Food Sources, OR doe spots?

Hey all, some of you might remember me...I'm the young hunter on here with my grandfather (s.gun). Well the season is back and I'm back shooting my 50 lb. Brohning bow. Seems to be the perfect tool at 20-25 yards...only problem is I haven't gotten any deer close enough. I have seen a spike on my uncle's property that busted me, and a nice set of antlers down in a gulley 80-100 yards from my stand. Now I have two stands setup, one about 50 yards from a fieldline, overlooking a hillside with crabapples and apple trees nearby, I have another stand setup on another piece of property watching a lane that doe currently travel with a foodplot on the opposite side of my stand. Any shot to the lane is 20 yards from the stand. But what do I hunt...I know near the plot there is a big buck that usually beds near there only hes so old he has grown wiser than the rest...and the other stand is really noisey to get to and my field of view is alot wider. So what do I hunt...early rutting, or food source?[?][?]

Thanks for any input,
A.Gun
