I found a bow.....

That I'm interested in buying. It's a PSE Firestorm Lite 29" 70lb Left-handed bow. It is in very good condition, but it is missing the cam wall. I'm just starting out in archery, been interested for quite some time, but I want to get started on it now so I can hunt next year. What would it cost me to get the cam wall and a new bow string for it? Is that something that I could install myself? Also the bow just comes by itself, so roughly what am I looking at for a sight, quiver, arrow rest, etc? I'm basically just looking for the bare minimum that I'd need, no bells and whistles. Thanks in advance.
