Too bad this one was with a rifle and not elligible for the contest. Or can I get a ruling on that since it was within bow range? 40 yards. No good total score yet, but 21" wide longest G2 is 7". First buck I have shot in 9 years.
Oh and sorry about the hair do... It has been a long week at camp.
NEW PICTURES

a day after picture in the yard
My FIL's 10 point, shot from the same stand as my 11 just 3 days before.

Then the bad part started. First shot was quartering tward me and he just stood there. Second shot was quartering away, and he took 3 steps. Third shot missed... my bad. Fourth shot broadside and he finally tried to run. This was in a 2 minute time period and with a 30-06. I know I could have made better shots with my bow, but not the right season.
Now for another question... How much are mounts going for in your area?
Hair-Do? sorry but what hair [B)][;)]
$275-300 here
Around here they go between $120 & $180 for someone with no shop just doing it out of their garage. Someone going it for a living a probably a better mount is between $300-$375.
I scored my buck on the link in the contest thread... It came out...
