Was out archery hunting this evening, and had 300# black walk past me at 32 yards.

    PA's talking about a bear season during the regular archery season. I am so praying for this to happen!

    Besides this one, 2yrs ago I had a 300+# bear under my stand looking up at me.

    At the moment PA gives you 3 days the week before Thanksgiving to hunt bear with a rifle. (no separate bow season!) I think this would give bear hunting something that it's been missing in PA.
