Best way to send a bow?

I used to do a good amount of bow hunting but just don't have the time anymore to even stay in practise. My nephew who lives 1600 miles is interested in taking up archery and I'd like to send him the bow (Martin compound) and all the goodies that go with it (arrows, release, etc) What is the best way to pack and send it to him and have a reasonable chance of it arriving in the same shape it left here in?

[8D] UPS WILL WRAP YOUR BOW FOR YOU AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE AND GAURENTEE PACKAGE ARRIVES IN GOOD CONDITION. HOPEFULLY THEY PROVIDE THIS SERVICE IN YOUR AREA.
GOOD LUCK, HOPE YOUR NEPHEW BECOMES A GREAT BOW HUNTER. IT'S A NICE GIFT.
