well, i finally bought a new release. it wasnt the cheapest thing ever($70.00 + tax) but it seems pretty nice. its a dual caliper tru ball titan....now i'm set for next year[:p]

Tru ball makes some great releases. I use a 3D thumb for hunting and a Chappy boss for target.

I use the tru fire. Nothing special but cheap at <$20. It's lasted 2 yrs so far and still in good shape.
