All deer will be scored using this website link by gross Pope and Young scoring total. http://www.luckybuck.org/index8824.html
1. It doesn't matter how many states you hunt...one buck and one doe or one doe and a second doe* (for people who don't shoot a buck) will count for your score, no matter where taken. The first one entered will be counted...even if you kill the world record the following week.
2. NO PIC OR VID, NO SCORE. All pics should be tasteful (don't worry too much about tongues hanging out, but no pics of a skinned deer hanging over a pool of blood in a junked up garage.) You must post a pic or post a video link of your harvest to count as scored!
3. All does, button bucks and bucks scoring under 50 pts. count as 50 points.
4. Crossbows are allowed in states where legal.
5. Final deer entry date will be Feb 28th 2007 . All deer must be entered by then.
6. Bow kills only...no gun, as it is an Archery contest...see crossbow rule above.
10. Your bow must be somewhere in the picture.
11.You MUST have fun!

sorry for the crappy pic. Couldnt find camera and the sun was getting hot. I started to skin and cut it up and the camera was found after I had started. I tried to hide what I could...Yeah, Its small![B)]

And the big * on the neck is from my knife, not the broad-head.[;)]

In looking at pope and young i noticed i forgot to take a measurement for the last H4 cir. which would add 2 4/8 to each side.
So net score would now be 105 1/8.

TY Bang for helpin with the fun. The day I shot this was in the morning where I was guiding. Didn't have a client so I hunted that a.m. I passed 2 other deer that morning that were 130's but young. This one made the mistake of gettin to close to me. Since I didn't get gun tags this year(touchy subject) I knew I could shoot 2 bucks with a bow so I tattooed him. After we got him I helped another guide track a deer for his client. By the time we got take pics it was evening and I just forgot my bow(not that it matters to me). The guy taking the pics had no idea what he was doing and screwed up not only mine but a clients pics up REAL bad. Bang also knows I missed a monster that I just flat out missjudged the yardage. That deer was 190's for sure and I just shot under him. Slash wouldn't be sayin anything if it was a H%$t guy that stuck it.[:D][:D]
as you can see in one of the pictures. The broadhead mark where I shot him in the head. I don't think I will ever know how that happened.
Shoff! That's not technically the "kill zone", but I'm sure he wasn't any less dead! Don't feel bad shooting a little one. I didn't shoot anything that wasn't made of foam.

no, its my tag. I bought an internet license and had to make my own tag. Found that the easiest way not to loose it.
