Watchin and waitin (as long as I can!)

Have been watching a group of does with fawn. One of these does is HUGE. I hunt does because they are far better meat(my personal opinion). The jerkey turns out moister, it seems. All I will have to do is pick an evening or morning and go take'er. I am just waiting to establish if one of the fawns is hers or not. She is not pregnant, just stands tall at the shoulders and rump. Can not see if she is nursing.

i have been hunting deer for about 27 years. if the big doe moves around the feild and the fawn does not follow her than it a single unbred doe. most fawns will wander around but not to far from mom. and ma ma doe will keep close eyes on her young. good luck

I absolutely hate it when I kill a doe w/ milk.

I'd rather take the fawn(my personal opinion).
