    That is one of those stories you would never believe unless you had the pics. I have seen deer with arrows in them before, but never through the head. I have no idea how that deer lived so long with that in there. I know animals are tough but thats just insane

    I'm betting photoshop. I have seen some of these same pictures on another site, but the arrows keep moving. Never saw one in the head, but no reason they couldn't move it.
