I took the camera with me on Saturday. Since I wasn't seeing anything I figured I would take a couple of pictures of the view. This is a couple of pictures from my best stand. It is right next to a swamp. The swamp is nothing more than a field right now because of the drought, it is still a nice natural funnel.

Its a her and there is 3 of them.

This is one of my favorite threads as of lately. Other than the trail cam pics anyway. [:)]

Doh! nope I was lookin at the doe bedded pic. That one your lookin at was during a snow storm thats why its fuzzy. And that one is actually right off a major 4 lane road. I have another pic somewhere of him let me see if I can find it.

Not real good pic and not the one I was lookin for but you get an idea.

Your not the first to say that. He is only 1-1/2 mile from my tree line. I hope, provided he's still alive, that he'll make the trek out to see me Thurs. while I sit awaiting his arrival.

Yes there is a large trail that comes in on the upper right and crosses under the brush in the top of the pic. You can see another on the inside of the bend in front of the grass. Then there is a large bedding area right behind me!

I see some stands that I'd definitely want to be in...

This is my main place to be. My stand is off in a grove of walnut trees, overlooking 3-4 paths, a cornfield, and a heavy thicket...
