Are Hoyt Compounds from the 80's

MVPMVP Member Posts: 23,453 ✭✭✭
...Worth anything? I have a Raider and a Ram Hunter and other then using them for fun target shooting(Not in atleast 5 years though)are they worth anything compared to the technological leaps that the compound bows have made in the last 20 years?

I would guess they aren't worth much. Technology has come such a long way since the 80s. There are some much more knowledgable people on here than I am though, like ben[;)], he can give you better input.[:D]

Why do they make it taste so good and put it in them little bitty cans- Dad

Give to some kid that wants to start into archery. Or trade them both in on something new and maybe get $50 bucks off a new bow.
Or keep them and just stop pissing and moaning like gagirl said.[:0]
sorry bout that, don't know where that came from. [;)]

They are old technology, many advancements have been made since. $100 or less for a compound bow doesn't get you much.
Not knocking your bows MVP, just trying to explain things to ilgirl.
