    g'luck buckey, I'm actually hunting light this weekend. Gonna get in early sat evening and hunt, then hunt sunday morning until I can't sit anymore lol. Figure friday I will get a head start on my "studies" [;)] Anyone had any luck yet?

    Have a safe trip and good luck. I did some filming around the Cadiz area. There was an old "village" set up in the LBL ground. I can't remember the name of it but it was pretty neat. They had moved quite a few original cabins and barns to the property.

    Back from KY Rained hard every single day managed to kill a doe.
    blew it on a big buck got busted... lost anothet doe in the pouring rain. heres a pix of my doe..

    Yep shot another doe right on the button with a rage no pass through. ran across a field blood all washed away searched for 3 hours no deer. I was dissapointed should have passed through.
    the next day I switched to slick tricks. smoked this doe passed through like butter deer was dead in 10 seconds ran only 50 yards.
    As for thr buck it had been raining so hard we drove 40 miles to walmart I bought a little dog house blind. about 5:oo pm I went to call my buddy on the radio when I called him the deer must have heard me he was 10 feet away in a blind spot he ran right in front of the blind abd stared at me head on like a 140 bid deer. had me pinned then wheeled around and ran into the woods never had a shot .. OH well.. If I never see another rain drop it wont be too soon. what a nice place though great group of guys awsome cabbin.lots of laughs. think I will stick with the slick tricks here is a couple of pix of entrance and exit holes.
