Yesterday a friend of mine called and told me he dropped a big 10 point buck on sunday. He told me it's a 170s class but don't know how to measure. So I stopped out at his place and we went to measure.
Main beams were 24" each.
Spread was 22-7/8"
Mass was 20-4/8" and 19-1/8"
Brow tines 4" each
G2-G4s were short though 8" the longest and 3" the shortest, most 6" and change.
Total was 156-2/8" gross.
I could see about 4" in deductions. So he has a 150s class buck.
Stupid me brought my camera but left it in my truck and took his truck to go measure it.
He's going to have it mounted so I'll post pics when my brain is working better.[:(!]
