bent fletching

I just picked up a couple dozen beamen arrows that have the fletching bent over. Is there any trick to straighten them out?

hair dryer just dont melt the glue

If your significant other has a hair straigtener (like a curling iron but flat) they work pretty good when set on LOW. Just clamp it in and open it up. Do not let it sit for more than a second.
