Well I have been in the tree for 2 evenings so far. Had close to 300 inches of antler in range so far. Too bad they are all good 2 year olds. 6 bucks have walked inside 30 yards, all but one was tonight. I have seen the same buck both times out. He is a 6pt still in full velvet. Would be a 120" 8, but he has no brow tines. Not sure what to make of him. The velvet could make for a cool mount, but I would prefer to save my buck tag for something a little better. The there was a double beam 9 point with a spread of about 10" with some stickers, and a wide fork. The last buck through tonight was hard to see with so much green in the woods.
I have seen one with no antlers... Might have weighed 35lbs. Had real nice spots yet too. I tried a picture with my phone.... This is pretty terrible. I have to start carrying my camera again.
