sights for a Uberti '73 Winchester ?

Any tips on what kind of sights can be fitted to a repro '73 Winchester carbine ? I've got a short Marble "bullseye" but there's not enough room for the elevation ramp to operate (which is a cheesy sheet-metal item anyhow).

    One "problem" (though not insurmountable, fer sure) - the tang on this critter isn't drilled for one . . . I'm not used to 'em, but that's no doubt not a deal-breaker either. Any suggestions as to which one would be a good bet ? (thanks, by the way)

    I"ve seen folks mount the rear sight backwards on these guns so that the elevator can be used. looks funny but it works.
